Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Green: A deposit of $100 is required at the time of registration (new members only). The remaining balance will be charged in equal installments around the 10th of each month, from October through February for Fall/Winter and from May through July for Spring/Summer. A credit or debit card is needed for these installment charges.

USA Swimming Registration Fees

VHST requires all new swimmers to register separately with USA Swimming before attending their first practice. This involves making a direct payment to USA Swimming for membership. New swimmers need to create a USA Swimming membership account and pay the membership fees through the USA Swimming Hub. Returning members are responsible for renewing their own memberships. If you are transferring from another club, you’ll need to complete the transfer process and list our club code, VHST.

Volunteer Commitment

Every family is required to volunteer 12 credits per year (6 credits per season, or 2 swim meets per season).

If you choose to opt out of volunteering, there will be a $300 charge per swimmer each season.

USA Meet Fees

Parents are responsible for covering their swimmer’s USA meet fees, which may include event and facility surcharges. If you sign up for a swim meet and the deadline passes, you’ll be charged for the events you were entered in. Not showing up without giving at least 6 hours’ notice will result in a $50 no-show fee per day plus entry fees. All swimmers entered in the meet will be billed the Monday following the event.

Rec Meet Fees

Rec Meets are free; however, if you register for a Rec Meet and fail to notify us via text or email within six (6) hours of the warm-up start time, you will be charged a $50 no-show fee.

VHST Team Uniform

VHST has a team uniform policy for swim meets to promote a sense of team identity and belonging. The head coach will post on the meet landing page which shirt to wear each day.
